Guarantee Policy & Reservation Prepayments
‍All reservations must be guaranteed either by valid credit card or by prepayment of a deposit. Credit cards are not charged when booking reservations through our website and are simply held to guarantee. Guests are typically required to have a credit card and matching ID to swipe at check-in. Please note that room pricing is not static and rates are based off the hotel’s availability.  If you would like to prepay for a reservation, please reach out to our team at frontdesk@hotelclermont.com and request a credit card authorization form.

‍Cancellation and Refund Policy
For most reservations, our Standard Policy permits cancellations without penalty until 48 hours prior to 3 p.m. of the scheduled arrival day. Cancellations that occur after that time will be charged one night’s room and tax. Please note, however, that there may be stricter cancellation rules for special rates and special events. Please refer to your reservation details or call the hotel with any cancellation-related questions. Changes to reservations are considered cancellations and re-bookings.

‍Guest Policy
‍The minimum age to reserve a guestroom is 21 years old. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.

‍Pet Policy
The Hotel Clermont loves friendly dogs. We charge an additional $50 per stay, non-refundable. 2 Pet Max

‍Terms & Conditions
Check-in after 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Guests must be 21 years of age to check into our hotel, or must be escorted by a guardian.

Children under 17 — Free with accompanied adult. Cribs are available complimentary upon request.Late Check Out — Based on availability. Parking
‍We currently offer valet services Friday and Saturday night for $45 per night per car.  We also offer $20 self parking on site behind our hotel every night of the week.Parking is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and the parking is currently available to guests of the hotel only. Guests of the Rooftop Bar and Tiny Lou’s are encouraged to carpool, rideshare, or find public street parking along Bonaventure Ave.

‍Smoking and Vaping
‍Hotel Clermont is a non-smoking and non-vaping property. Charges will be incurred should this policy be violated.

‍Photoshoots
‍Hotel Clermont encourages guests to take casual photos for personal use while they visit the property. Additionally, guests of the hotel are allowed to host professional shoots in their room only during their stay. However, photos that are taken with professional equipment (professional grade cameras and camcorders including but not limited to mirrorless, SLRs, and DSLRs including Nikons, Canons, Sony, FUJI, etc.) in any public space on property requires prior approval and scheduling with our events coordinator. The cost to host a photoshoot with us is $500 Monday - Thursday and $1000 Friday - Sunday for 90 minutes of shooting time. We schedule all photoshoots outside of food and beverage operating hours and during non-peak times. The Clermont Lounge
‍Curious about our kooky neighbors? We are proud to share our property with The Clermont Lounge, Atlanta’s oldest gentlemen's club since the 1960s (currently women owned and run!), and home to the infamous, can-crushing Blondie Strange for more than forty years. An icon of Atlanta’s history and charm, The Clermont Lounge is a unique experience and beloved institution of the city, famously hosting performers of all shapes, ages, and sizes. The Lounge is two floors below the main level of the hotel and has a separate entrance ‘round back. Though we share the building, The Lounge is independently operated and kept thoroughly separate from our own goings-on. That is, unless you dare to venture down for a grand time (we certainly do!).
